Not sure whether it's this Friday meaning today, Dec 20, or this coming Friday, Dec 27.

But Christine from USFA sent a reply to a fellow fencer and mentioned that.

probably because the website was down for so long. they are aware that many people download the entry form within the week leading up to a competition. I would just like to point out to all of you who seem to picture the USFA as an ivory tower which could care less about its members that this is damned good customer service, especially since the forms ARE widely available offline and they could have easily said that the website being down wasn't an excuse.
