Lightest epee handles around?

I got some great help for my last question, so here it goes again.

I'm getting a new epee and weight is my highest priority, I want things as light as possible. I've decided to go for a Leon Paul maraging blade with lightweight guard. It comes with an aluminum pistol-grip which is good, but I've heard some bad things about LP's grips. Any opinions on this?

If what I heard is true, then can anyone recommend an extremely light pistol-grip handle? At least, lighter than LP?

Thanks in advance for any help.

If weight is your main concern, Leon Paul also sells a lightweight plastic pistol grip, which is lighter (and cheaper) than their aluminum grip. The plastic grip can also be filed down to some extent.

Since preferences for grip size, feel, weight, weapon balance, etc are very personal, you might consider ordering it or other grips to try out (or check out the grips in a store or on friends weapons).
