    Ubuntu/Windows Vista dual boot. I got Steam to basically work for Ubuntu but it can be a PITA, so I left a Windows on there for games.

    I've also found Damn Small Linux useful for some purposes (getting into a locked or perceived "bricked" computer or what have you...)

    Good catch!! Do you happen to know where I can find a paper-tape reader for my microcomputer? I just need a controller card for an S100 bus.... I miss my teletype...

    My wife wrote her master's thesis using WordStar on CP/M. 8 1/2" disks. Painful.
