    Mad Men marathon or Superbowl?

The Philadelphia Eagles aren't in the Superbowl this year so I'd rather watch season one of Mad Men in it's entirety instead. The only thing I'm going to miss are the commercials. I'll just stream them tomorrow. Still going to have wings though. But if I have to pick a winner, I go with the Saints. Great name and they're the underdog. I love the underdog.

So who's your pick and why?

Saints, NFC South represent! I detest all things Manning. Just the thought of Peyton running around flapping his arms like a chicken and shouting gives me hives. Eli is even worse.

I think I'll just pop in the first season of Castle into the DVD player. A little something to tide me over until tomorrows episode.

    Uhm.... Whose playing this year?

@JOH how was Castle? Mad Men was great. I made it to 1:13am and I had to go to sleep. 4 more episodes left.

Sidenote: If I would have put some money down on the Saints I'd be pretty happy right now. At least I picked right. Just had a feeling. Plus the underdog is just a good pick. They have something to work for.

It was a good game - the commercials pretty much sucked, but I enjoyed the football.

I've been a Saints fan since I was 8. I've waited a while for this.

EDIT: I'm going to be insanely pissed if fair-weather fans start popping up, and I'll straight-up kill someone who accuses me of being one.

Castle is pretty much the only thing I have a TV for now. Aside from video games. The writing is top notch, there's a perfect mixture of humor and drama, plus it's filmed in LA while taking place in New York, so I have fun spotting bits of locality from various scenes. Plus, Stana Katic is gorgeous!

The Halloween episode where he made a reference to Firefly was pretty funny....

I heard that it's a good show. I might have to rent or borrow season one and check it out.
