    Bunch of stuff for sale!!!

OK, I still have some of the items for sale..... 1. Items that no longer fit growing child, 2. Items we purchased to let husband/Dad try fencing - it's not his thing, and 3. Items that I purchased and decided I don't want. Most of the items are VERY gently used or barely used at all. I have at least 40+ pictures total of all different views and am happy to email either small or large images to anyone who is interested. If you see an item/items you are interested in, let me know where you are and we can discuss shipping costs. I will be attending NAC F (Virginia) with my son and can bring items with me - we will only be there on Saturday however.

    So here goes....

Items we purchased for my husband for Christmas, he used them literally 2-3 times and decided that fencing wasn't his thing.

    AF Men's Jacket, #21007, LEFT handed, size 50. New $45 - asking $25

AF Saber Glove, #31004, LEFT handed, size 10.5 New $28 - asking $15

Items my son has outgrown or barely used.

BG electric saber glove, #G014, LEFT handed, size Small. New $25 - asking $10
(this was purchased at a NAC when his primary glove failed inspection, he used it for the one event. Didn't like it - so it went to a second NAC as a backup - never worn again)

Leon Paul Hi-Tech Scimitars, size 6 US (per label size 5 UK, 38 EUR). New are approx. $159 - asking $45
(These have seen good use but still have a lot to offer, were out grown before they wore out. Worn by a lefty and so some wear on inside of right and heel of left)

Youth electric Epee. BG set up with #2 blade, lightweight guard, ?? german pistol grip (LEFT), ?? French tip. No idea of what current price would be - asking $25
Weapon is clean - no rust, has been well cared for, barely used. (My son started with Epee for a few months, switched to Saber and never looked back)

Items I purchased and don't like or don't want. (Typical female purchase!)

AF brand shoes. Older style - grey - used for two days. Size 6 US (per label size 5.5 UK, 38.5 EUR). New approx $55 - asking $25.
(I went to a NAC with my son and realized I had forgotten my sneakers. I purchased these to wear around the venue. They are comfy - but I didn't like them for fencing so they are basically new.)

    BG Women's Chest Protector, #PR005, size M, blue. New $23 - asking $10.
(Worn only a few times as I like my Maxiguard protector much better.)

Those sizes on the AF are American and not European, right?

I posted the sizes that are listed on the tags, hadn't considered US vs European. I went to the Absolute web site (link below) to check their sizing chart and I'm not sure - but I think they are using their own AF/Uhlman sizing?? Their instructions are to measure the chest and add 6 inches - I remeasured my husband just to be sure and per those instructions his 43 inch chest would make him a 49 so I ordered the 50. Based on their sizing chart - I think that would make him a 43 US or a 50 in AF/Ulhman - which is probably European.....

Do you have a more specific sizing on the BG sabre glove other than "small"? I usually wear a 7-7.5, which will probably work, but I'm not entirely sure.
I'd be interested in purchasing it--though since I'll be at JOs as well, it'd be great if I could try it on there, if possible.
PM me and we can figure something out

I don't want to leave you hanging, so just to let you know, I am very interested in the lame and mask. Unfortunately, I have to wait until my next pay day.

The sizing for the BG glove small is 7.5 - 8" according to the BG web site.
Sorry I missed your note prior to JO's. Are you still interested?

I am interested in the 50Lefty jacket and women's chest plate.
Just got back from JO's, but I will have fencers in Dallas (assuming you will be there).

Unfortunately we will not be in Dallas - no longer able to fence Div 2/3. Would you like a shipping quote?? If so, pm me with your location (zip code is fine) and I'll check some options for you.

What kind if 'lightweight gaurd' does the epee have? What kind of tip? What kind of grip? Is the wire in good condition?

As the epee was built for my son when he first started fencing - back when I knew absolutely nothing about fencing - I am honestly not sure. He switched to saber shortly after and never really looked back. I no longer have any epee body cords to test the weapon with. I can say that the weapon is clean - some discoloration on the blade - but no rust. The wire is solidly in place - it is the original wire, I've never replaced it as the weapon only got a few months of use at most. I don't know what kind of tip it is - but have close up photos if you are interested. The guard is BG - I was told it was "lightweight" which would be better for a youth to keep the weight down. Sorry - wish I could remember more - but we've been a saber family for quite a while now.... I would be happy to send you close-up photos, just email me directly at Pepedbj@sbcglobal.net

    Thanks for your interest.

PS - couldn't tell you what kind of grip either - short and fat - maybe a K2?? BTW - lefty....

If there are no futher inquiries for these items, I will plan to post them on Ebay and take my chances there..... If you are interested but feel the price is too high - make me an offer and maybe we can negotiate. I hate to see the stuff just sitting around not being used.
