    I was watching video of J. Williams from the last world cup (turkey?) and he was moving really well. I know that's cliche to say but if you watched you'd know what I mean. Perhaps he's poised for a breakout year on the international level.

    actually despite the above post to the contrary i have spent the entire day uploading the videos all the video while catching up on reading. how awesome am i? the rest are uploading as i type so they should all be up in the morning, minus the errors which i will take care of between classes. then i will collect more footage for you guyz in moscow where i will repeat this horrible, time-wasting process again. see you all sunday
