Array If you can get one experenced referee (one that can do observations) and help with the bout assignments, your tournament will run a lot smoother. -

Array For the future: Email local college/uni's with teams and ask if they have any competent, professional, poor college students willing to ref. Maybe drive up one day and watch how they direct. We might not all have ratings (few of us do) but we're poor, and appreciate the cash. Will ref for beer... -
