Anyone in Tokyo?

Hi,
My 4th grade son fences foil. We currently live in Singapore and are moving to Tokyo. I'm trying to locate some place where he can continue to train / get coaching. He nor I speak Japanese so it would be very helpful to locate some fencing folks in Tokyo that know some English.

Would appreciate any suggestions.
