Decent fare prices and hotel rooms for DITD

The 2003 DITD is at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino. I got $40/75/75/40 for the long weekend which is pretty good for room rates. Also, airfare from SJC is $100 for me. Maybe you can do better from where you're coming from.

Eric, were those rates from the hotel direct or do you have a "secret" you'd like to share?

I went on to Orbitz, clicked on the "> Las Vegas" line on the very front page. It opened a new page with Vegas and what do I see splashed in front? Flamingo Hotel and Casino great deals. So I clicked on the rent a room line and got the offer. Pretty straightforward.

I was actually looking for airfare when I went on Orbitz. Didn't plan on getting the room rate as it was.
