I resolve: To finish off that huge pile of work for a local HS team so I can stop tripping on the gear in my office!

You're far too trusting - part of an armorer's job is to know how to cheat so as to know what to look for when called out to the strip to provide "expert" evaluation.

That being said, Twisterfencing is by no means alone. There may not be much sport in baiting newbie, non-fencing parents (too easy!) but I sometime enjoy letting people who should know what they're doing deal with my "evil twin brother"

Of course!!! But then, I've hidden my membership card in the Snark Society well. Since I'm a nurse in my other life, I have to make like I'm sweet and wonderful and kind and generous and.....
Yeah, I try to be nice to the noobs. But it is so much fun to torment someone who knows better....
