Footwork query Hullo all, new member here. I am just coming out of a knee reconstruction following blowing my ACL out during fencing, and now want to get back into the sport.
I fenced for about 4 months with a club here, and am now looking to do some quiet footwork at home to prepare before heading back to the club.
I blew my ACL out because my foot pointed to the outside, during the landing on a lunge and my knee rolled and that was that.
What I am seeking is some direction to the type of training I can do, to stop my leading foot always tending to the outside.
Is there a brace, or maybe orthotic pads I can put on my shoes maybe?
Any assistance is most welcome. Similar Threads -
