| Fox and Fox News are also not nearly the same beast politically. Fox's entertainment division has on occasion tweaked Fox News (Simpsons comes to mind) with minimal if any repercussions.
That aside, what will probably kill her show is not the fact that she's unfunny and terrible. There's a lot of astonishingly crappy TV and some of it is on Fox.
If she's cancelled it will be if she tanks in the ratings. Unfunny, terrible crap that gets ratings just keeps getting renewed.

Does the fact that she's a flaming liberal working on Fox demonstrate that they are in fact "fair and balanced"? 
I was watching one of the other networks ( CNN? ) the week before her show debuted, and about every 15 minutes they played a bit of her interview with Ted Danson as he proceeded to insult people of faith everywhere by saying that they only went to church out of fear and anger, because "the rest" of their lives were so awful.
I mean, I'm not a Christian, I don't go to church, and I have my own opinions about elements of the religious right, but---really? Those are the ONLY reasons anyone might belong to a church? No possibility of a genuine faith or anything, Mr. Hollywood Know-It-All?

And is the fact that they played that particular clip over and over and over evidence of bias?
