Array Big One Results Results from the Big One (held today at Smith College) will be available shortly on the Prise de Fer website: http://www.prisedefer.com
I just want to thank Wayne Jenness, Brian Bower, and Taro Yama****a for the UNBELIEVABLE job they did organizing and running this event. 8:30 start, 460 fencers, done at 4.

I know who won some of the events, I'm anxious to see the results posted .. thanks in advance!! I love poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick -
Nice, results are finally up. 3 gold medals for my boys (and girls), not too shabby. Also, Sacred Heart--when did they get some decent fencers? These appear to be significantly stronger results than I remember them ever putting up. -

Array As a ref I'd also like to thank the organizers and the other referees for staying focused and getting the job done.
I'd also like to thank the fencers, who were for the most part in the right places at the right times. "Their interpretation is, however, refuted most elegantly by your system of radioactive atom + amplifier + charge of gun powder + cat in a box"

Array I think you should rename the event the "I'm Comin' to Join Ya, Elizabeth". Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you! -
Quit (no longer with us)
Array if id have been there i would have won the whole thing.. -

A big thanks to Wayne & Co! The only way to atone for being occasionally a little over-dressed is by being always absolutely over-educated. -Oscar Wilde -

A big thanks to Wayne & Co! Hermit crabs. You have to keep in mind they're all beach bums. -
