saber timing

I've heard that the saber timing is going to be changed again. I heard it's gonna go back to pre-2005 timing. Is there anyone who knows or has heard about this potential change? Thanks

Pure speculation at this point, based on the fact that the Russians disliked the current timing and the new FIE head is Russian. I have seen no official proposal or rationale offered yet.
