So it is doable, if you can stomach the turmoil, set your sights on gals that do not have legal resident status on their own, and you have the money.

The assumptions are rather...ah...stringent. Particularly that last one.
Almost anything is possible given enough money. ( Cough, Tiger Woods. ) Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you!
