Fencing Heaven and Hell
For your consideration...
Heaven -
Lovers that fence sabre
Judges that fence foil
Engineers that fence epee
Hell -
Lovers that fence epee
Judges that fence sabre
Engineers that fence foil
And now for this message...

Heaven -
Being able to fence for a living (I wish)
Hell -
Having to give up fencing
Regarding your list, what difference does choice of weapon make to lovers?

Epeeists are supposed to have poor hygiene and be more interested in money than lovers :P
Sabreurs are supposed to be rather passionate (see all that yelling, yeesh)
I don't see how foilists are good judges, though...

Heaven is where:
You turn foil into art
You turn saber into theatre
And you turn epee into truth.
Hell is where:
You are looking for truth in foil
You are seeking art in saber
and your stuck trying to make theatre from epee

Lovers that fence sabre...
Sabeurs may be passionate, but they also finish quite quickly....

As long as both are satisfied, so what?
And parenthetically, all of these ideas are flawed. There is no place in heaven for epee.

You've mistaken it for the other place! It's understandable, when you can't smell the brimstone over the pong of your own uniforms.

Fencing Heaven and Hell, according to Inquartata:
Heaven is:
The judges are Inquartata,
the engineers are Inquartata,
and the lovers are Inquartata.
Hell is:
Anything else.

Virgil disapproves of the following:
Hi!
On the other side of Styx, we find:
Me fencing sabre
Inquartata calculating ratings, Kiwi-style
and finally,
New Jersey in charge of all fencing politics.
Now it is your turn to impersonate Dante on his way up!
Have a nice time!

I assure you, I have had entirely too much of that business already, and would not arrange heaven the same way!

If you don't think epee can make good theater, you should try watching Jan Viviani protest a call sometime.
