    The video is listed as private...
    Sometimes adrenalin is more instructive than meditation. So, in between screaming, try and pay attention.

    don't stop moving when you parry, and with your height opposition would be more appropriate;
    you're tall - flicks to the hand are fine but are to low % in comparison to clean disengages and coupes to the body while hiding your extended hand behind the guard, protect the bottom of your hand though;
    stay closer on defense in order to catch opponents mistakes and use more of a strip;
    don't try to score on every opponents crappy move, try to be more patient, miss with a good distance on purpose in order to set up 2nd or 3rd intention counter;
    don't sit so much on the front foot;
    get an attack or 2 going for nuttn else but to get your opponent guessing - and that leads to multitude of improvement possibilities.

    To be a little more general, you're reacting to your opponent's distance and tempo. Set your own tempo and make him react to you. Be proactive. If you step back every time he steps forward, the point goes to whoever keeps their patience or whoever lulls the other to sleep. Look for openings during your opponent's preparation and attack into them, but not all the time. Focus on CHANGING tempo. Moving faster doesn't help if you do it all the time. Explode into your attacks sometimes and slow down as you start them others.
