Favero Full-Arm-05 Remote Problem

I have a remote from a Favero Full Arm-05 machine that constantly flashes; I am guessing that one of the buttons is stuck down. I was wondering if anyone has seen something like this before and has fixed it?

Thanks
Mr.P

Have you checked the batteries to see if they are still good?

or is the flashing issue something that is not appropriate for this forum?

Where does the remote flash? My recollection is that it only outputs in the infrared. Are you using one of those infrared detectors to tell that it's outputting, or do you mean that when you pair it with a box the "telecom receipt" light is constantly flashing?

What happens when you pair it with a box, does the score on one side go up or down, time reset, always rearms etc?

Q. Have you checked the batteries to see if they are still good?

A. I opened a new 9V and tested it to make sure it was good.

or is the flashing issue something that is not appropriate for this forum?
Hmm... well, I can see this can go down hill quickly, but yes it is appropriate for this forum.

There is a led light in the middle of the remote itself, and that is where the flashing keeps happening. That is why I was thinking that one of the touch pads is stuck down.

I don't have a machine to test it on I was just tossed the remote and was told that the remote constantly flashes. I thought it was a dead battery indicator but when I replaced it with a new, it still flashed. I do have two remotes that are doing the same thing.

The only other problem I could think of is that it doesn't have a machine to link up with, but I don't think that is the issue here.
