Array I am the world's worst Traveler OK, It start's yesterday as I am going to fly to Boston for my annual law conference.
1) My flight to Boston leaves 4 hours late.
2) It was an interminable flight
3) I remember the gear coming down
4) I seem to remember some guys yelling at me to tell me if I knew my name and where I was. I have been to barrow so much lately that is where I thought I was.
5) I seem to remember something clinking against the metal of and oxygen
tank. (and not thinking it was weird)
6) I spent most of my time *****ing (that's not new) to be let out so I could get to my conference.
7) Tonight I kept getting on the wrong subway train becuas I did not get the idea that I had to reverese my direction to correct myself. So I am surprized I am not in Bolivia by now. Should I go to sleep.
Want to know how this affects me?
I woke up this morning in the ER of MASS General and I have no idea how I got there Score 3 strokes, 4 seizures and 2 brain surgeries
I've had brain surgery, what's your excuse? -

Array And why don't you have someone traveling with you?!??!??! Darryl, I know it's tough, but you have to realize that can't do it all by yourself anymore.
Are you still in Mass General? Or did they send you home? I pray that the rest of your conference goes without incident, but would implore you to get someone to keep an eye on you. -

Array Frankly, sounds just like many of my fencing trips abroad!
Seriously, assisting living: not such a bad idea for a while. "Sometimes we, as coaches, get into that dictator mode where you just tell and you don't listen and you don't try to understand them." Tom Izzo, Mich. St.

Array I got out yesterday morning and my presentation went well. As always, I am learning so much. Robin thinks it is because my dilantin level was too low and I fenced to exhaustion on Saturday and had a long flight Score 3 strokes, 4 seizures and 2 brain surgeries

Array Well now you know. There will be a few bugs as you sort out the "new you". It's good that this happened while you under the care of the airlines. Everything worked out fine. Array Okay Darryl....That is it!
We need to mount some sort of GPS thingie on you.
If your going to go off on these little adventures, at least we will know where to pick you up when the party is over. -

Array Either that or a sign that instructs people to go on f-net forum and arrange to have one of us pick him up if he is found lost & confused. Beer, it's whats for dinner! ~ a young snowboarding Canadian The meek don't want it! ~ sticker on a rock band's guitar -
Just don't do your bookings through THS anymore.
