    New to fencing

    Hi

    I would like to find a class near my home ---

    I live in BOISE , IDAHO 83642 ---

    Union Sportsmen , construction worker , 180 # 62 y 6' 1"

    RCBS reloader , and combat handgun certified .

    Try going to usfencing.org, then put your mouse over the tab "Resources", and then click on the link "Find a club where you can fence". If you click on "Idaho" it will take you to a page with all the clubs in your state - the direct link is http://usfencing.org/pages/3990 if you want to skip those steps.

    have a ph # of some of them in the state
    and one in the city not far from home ...

    do not do the computer much , but in this case
    it has payed off ----

    I will start a class in Nov at the local YMCA for Beginner fencing

    Non member - $ 40.00

    Introduction to the sport of Fencing ( equipment provided )

    one hr. twice a week for a four week session .

    Then Intermediate Fencing with introduction to foil , Epee , and Sabre

    for another $ 40 four week session ....

    Thank you so much Looks like this will be fun and not to costly after all ..

    Ha! That's how the sport sucks you in. Next thing you know you'll be rationalizing that yes, you really, really did need that new FIE maraging blade for the upcoming tournament more than going to the dentist for that sore tooth....Well, that was my excuse to the hubby last week anyway....
