several years ago i was fencing epee for a little over a year (got a D rating) and was pretty decent at the time. I left for the army and now im back and in better shape then ever so hopefully i'll be able to really excel this go around. i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to increase the speed of my lunge-- exercises and whatnot -- my coach has a speed board that has a random light that i like to work with but other than that and practice any tips would be awesome.
