    Real Genius?

    Anyone remember the movie Real Genius and the plot device, which was student building a laser that could be fired with accuracy frrom an aircraft?

    To the best of my knowledge, this was not developed by genius 14-year-old college students but it sure looks like the same premise:


    ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A plane at Kirtland Air Force base has been blasting some targets at White Sands Missile range without bullets or bombs. Instead, the plane employs a laser as its weapon of choice.

    They've been working on this for awhile. We're not quite at practical laser weapons yet, but this is an interesting step.

    What are your thoughts of Rush Limbaugh's bid to buy the St. Louis Rams?

    I can only imagine what the team name or mascot could be!
