Array They have more arch support than any of the fencing specific shoes I've worn except the old black stripes. I also wear Asics or Mizuno running shoes and the arches in the Gel Rockets are about equivalent to my running shoes (currently Asics gt-2130, previously Mizuno Wave Rider). They have a neutral footbed, but if you need to correct pronation or supination or need more or less arch support the insoles are removable.
I got mine at Dick's sporting goods, so if you have one near you they might have them in stock.
I would love to try Mizuno's volleyball shoes since I loved their running shoes, but I can't find anywhere to try them locally either. -
