You should have received a despatch notice by email with tracking numbers. You use those to find out where the parcel is in the journey.
Stuff I have ordered from LP has been sent out within 1 day of ordering and across the world in about 5 days. Longest delays have been at this end getting from Customs to courier centre.

Im tracking it on my ipod, but its currently saying that the tracking information isn't availible.
Slow down...take a deep breath...and RELAX! It'll take a few days to get across the pond, but IT WILL make it across the pond (barring any major disasters).

That's been my experience too. It takes LP a day to dispatch non-custom stuff, then another day or two to cross the pond and then it sits in customs for 5 or more days. What do you expect from them, it's a government run operation after all.
If I recall correctly, the tracking information unavailable usually meant that the courier company had not collected the parcel from the LP warehouse.
It is fun checking the parcel every now and then -- collected, at central warehouse, at Heathrow etc. Clears Customs in 5 hours, sitting at courier warehouse for several days (it was the non-government end that caused the longest delays).
If the unavailable message lasts more than a week, email LP to check.
