I'm an epeeist, so I can't speak as to the best place for foil prices, but in the epee circles I travel in, Vnitis (especially the FIE type) are considered a fairly upper-mid to upper market weapon, and so as such it's expected you'll have to part with a fair bit of coin to buy one fresh out of the forge.
But like I said, if you are looking to buy, I'ld check out the LP site. Vniti blade with the oh-so-comfy LP grips is hard to beat. Non-FIE Vnitis? Are you sure? -

Array I will admit it's been quite a while since I've been on the LP site, but I believe they did have non-FIE Vnitis when I last looked. That being said, I was shopping for epee parts, so my knowledge of their foil inventory is limited at best.
If not, I apologize for any confusion. "All epeeists wear very expensive running shoes which they have invariably stolen. It is a mark of shame in the epee subculture to wear legally-purchased footwear. Naturally this is difficult to ascertain merely by looking, and of course asking about it can lead to other complications."---Dave Barry (assist to Peach) -
Unfortunately it has changed or there never was for non-fie vnitis. Maybe your thinking of Bfs??? -

Array Vniti uses a rather unique cold rolled forging process and while it is very durable, it is not cheap. As such, there would not be much of a price difference between FIE and non-FIE Vnitis so they only make FIE blades. Some places say Maraging to mean FIE, but it is still an FIE blade. Course not all FIE blades are Maraging anymore, but that is a different topic.
As to the best place to get them, I buy them from Craig at the Fencing.net store. Really good prices and you help to indirectly support the forums. Just another lost soul saved by the (hit) First Church of EPEE!

ok, but is there a durability difference between the max and the regular? -

I should mention that BFs are fairly infamous for breaking relatively early occasionally. However, the ones that do last tend to last a very long time. Vnitis, I would say, are more durable for the money, but--with my fencing style at least--BFs last longer than Vnitis. -

Array Originally Posted by yearsofwisdom ok, but is there a durability difference between the max and the regular? This was asked on another thread. No, there is no difference in the durability between max and regular stiffness Vniti foil blades.
The only "non-fie" Vniti blades are the ones that have been ground down to a size 4. They are still made from maraging steel, but are not FIE in that you cannot use them at an FIE event.
I usually don't do this, but I'm going to throw you to the link to the Vniti at the Fencing.Net store. Here is the page for the Bare Vniti FIE Foil Blade.
You are already using Fencing.Net a great deal to help with your questions. The site and our employees are fully funded with equipment sales, so if you're getting value out of the site you can show it there.

Will do. Vnitis are MORE durable than BF right?? they are the most durable fie foil? -

Array If you blow the distance a BF will kink or break like glass, depending on the batch. Until you have good distance and a soft touch, go with a Vniti. They coast less, last longer and you won't really notice any performance difference for a while. Just another lost soul saved by the (hit) First Church of EPEE!

In the amount of time you have spent on this forum asking the same question over and over, you could have been out working so you have enough money that blade durability is a minor issue. -
