FWF Gel Extreme Grip Glove Cleaning The care instructions were in German and the label has a bunch of pictures with X's across them, which I assume is telling me not to do a number of things when cleaning the glove. I have no idea what these symbols mean, but I know the cuff is leather, which limits my options. However, the thing stinks and needs to be washed. Suggestions? -

Array Either find someone who speaks German, copy the text into your next post her (there are german speakers on the board), or take a picture of the label and post it here. -
I don't have the care instructions any longer, and while I can certainly post a picture of the label here, I was more hoping for others with the same (or at least similar) glove to share their methods of cleaning. If no one has any thoughts, I can post a picture and we can all have fun translating the hieroglyphs together. -

Array I have one of these. What I did was to hand was just the hand part, not the cuff in the sink with normal detergent then air dry it. Worked out fine. < You're the most pedantic person I've ever met!

Array They do build up a nasty odor if you don't let them dry completely, sort of like a nylon sleeping bag.
I tossed mine in the washing machine with the rest of my whites: gentle cycle, low temp, and woolite detergent. I've done it three times so far and no problems. -
