Linda - don't fret - they only seem to have sizes 11 and up (in men's) - I'm fairly sure your feet aren't that big!!

I'm at an Army school right now, and their servers are blocking nike.com, but not fnet. If anybody has any updates (especially an 8.5 in red/white) I would appreciate them posting it here.

Looks like they had a few leftovers of larger sizes in the white/blue from the college inventory that got put up.

I'm still getting the timelines from Nike on the production run of the shoes. The recent shakeup over there didn't help things.

Let me preface this by saying that the OP's post sent me into a frenzy that included a flurry of phone calls to my un-reachable s.o. (who also wanted the shoes), e-mails to a friend with "connections" ( ) and made me late for a doctor's appointment. Then I realized that they only had size 11 and up. I'm a 7.5. I felt really silly after all that

However, my lust for these shoes is undeterred.

will the ballestras ever be sold as a regular shoe? (in stock most of the time, with most all sizes) like a regular shoe you would see at a NAC.

I used my pair for the first time yesterday. I have to say, they are as good as everyone has said. Extremely light, very comfortable. The heel absorbs the shock from lunging very well. Not to mention the fact that they are sexy. I am impressed.

yeah same here, I was a text messaging fool when I saw the thread. Then was crushed when I finally clicked on the link.

I'm actually holding out on buying shoes until there's a go-no go from Nike.

I once asked my boyfriend, if the only Ballestras he could find were the pink/purple ones, would he be man enough to wear them. Apparently, yes. He wants the shoes that bad.

I for one would like them in green, though. <wishes for a custom color selector>

The website says they're back out of stock, but I have a pair of 11's to sell (ordered 2 pair in different sizes to see which one fit).
