The game ends when the Prime Minister of Great Britain announces on television that he just lost the game.
I didn't know that! Cool!

The rules vary and are flexible. Some say the "cool down period" isn't a set time (if you think about, how long has it been? well, it doesn't matter, you just lost The Game). A few people I knew "kept score?" points based on how many people in the vicinity you caused to lose, imo that's bogus, but w/e. I have been playing The Game for atleast 6 years, and I hadn't heard the Prime Minister bit, however, of course, it's just another version of the rules.
I have also heard, you are not allowed to tell someone about The Game or the rules, unless directly asked; you may only anounce your loss.
In conclusion, I lost The Game.
