Good to meet you today Neil. I was having a pretty shabby day today to be honest, especially in the round-robins, but I clawed it back a bit later on. Yep, Karl's responsible for a lot of my training. Learning a lot from him

yeah! Who ended up winning? Michael I suspect?? He looked on form for sure...
Karl's a good dude, he's been around a long time! I knew him back in the days when he had hair!! I will hopefully see you at the Macleavey Foil in June.
    Cheers.

    Yep, I'll be at MacLeavy.

Graham won the foil, Karl a close second. Don't quote me on the final score, I think it was abou 15 - 13

Michael came 3rd =, if I remember correctly.

I think I came about 16th , I should have done better but really wasn't on form.

Wow!! That's a turn up for the books! There was a time when I could beat Graham quite nicely, but I think that time has gone!! Still give him a run for his money though!
16th isn't too bad considering the turn out... and you said you've been fencing 18 months?
Not too shabby at all. I will see you at macleavey!

Bring any gear you're wanting to sell. There's a few bargain hunters lurking about (like me - I bought a nice 1600NW Uhlmann mask at the W Dawn). Heck, if you still haven't found a buyer for that glove by then, I might be interested.

Hmmm, good idea. I actually have a brand new 1600NW Uhlmann mask right here. I will keep that though...
