Way ahead of you on the evil - the (slight) rubenesque quality is a temporary side effect from civilianization - i went from doing pt three times a day to three times a month - but my new situation combined with my new passion for fencing has started trimming me up again - I'd say by mid summer I will have at least a 4 pack again - 6 by my birthday in august.
