New Jersey Fencing Alliance thanks you for your attendance and support of our Youth Cup series. Tell us what you think -- what you like - don't like- what can be better.

The Youth Cup series is now in its third season. So far in 2008-09 we have welcomed young fencers from over 60 Clubs representing over 15 USFA Divisions in top-notch competition. Help us prepare for an outstanding 2009-10 season.

Memorial Day Duel - Sunday May 24 - Maplewood, NJ

The next event in the 2008-09 NJFA Youth Cup Series, The Memorial Day Duel, is coming up on Sunday May 24th. Y14 mixed foil is already a possible C1 !! Al l fencers born 1994-2002 are eligible to participate. For more info and sign up, visit http://askfred.net/Events/moreInfo.p...nament_id=6459.

So far over this season over 1000 fencers from 66 different clubs and 16 USFA Divisions and Canada have participated. This is a fantastic tournament experience for our young fencers.

Thanks to all 197 fencers and their parents who came out today for the Memorial Day Duel. Please help us plan for next season with your feedback. The present scheduling of events allows us to begin the day with close of check-in at 8:30 and finish all 10 events (each event averaging about 4-5 hours) by appxy. 5:30. The schedule also tries to accommodate those fencing 2 events. We are always looking for any suggestions to improve the youth tournament experience.
