hi. im austin. i started fencing two years ago. i fenced for about 6 months. got decent went to a local tournament got first place and took a two year break.... don't ask why 'cause i don't remember.... but i went back and rejoined my club a week ago and i remembered a good bit. i currently use a french grip(i fence foil) but i want to convert to pistol. i wear a large glove(that's what the tag in it says) what type and size grip do i need i have medium-ish sized hands.

i also need advice on my footwork. i have trouble doing break distance, false traps, and in quartata/pisatta sotto (yes i know that it is an illegal move for usfa tournaments, i use it for our intra-club stuff)

and i need some one to explain how to do a:
