does Maraging blades rust?

mine have not yet, but was wondering if they indeed do or they are kinda like stainless?

Maraging steel is rust-resistant (it has a very high nickel content). It's not completely rust-proof-- if you leave blades sitting for months in a damp basement they will probably develop small rust spots (but not become covered with surface-rust like carbon steel bladed will).
