USFA Promo Movie - how to get more than the sample?

Hey, guys,
I'm going through our club's resource CD from the USFA, and I'm wondering how to pull off the entire promotional movie to my hard drive. I can watch the sample, and I see where the instructions say "the file is named USFA.mpg, saved under the usfa_promotional folder" but I can't find that folder. I can't seem to find or open anything other than the sample.
Any help would be great. (It's a great little promo, btw!)

I am usually not technically challenged, so I hope that there really is something missing from the instructions!
