PERMANENT FULL TIME COACHING OPPORTUNITY:
Palestinian National Team Coach
Palestinian Fencing Federation together with the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs development programs office is looking for an experienced person for the post of the Palestinian National Fencing Team Coach.
The job offers not only very challenging task of coaching and managing the Team, but also provides an opportunity to live in a exceptionally interesting place.
The coach will be based mainly in Ramallah but he will be also responsible for coordinating the work of other Palestinian fencing clubs (Jerusalem and Jericho).
For the Palestinian Fencing Federation was established only few years ago, a lot of organizational work needs to be done. This includes implementation of competition calendar, the idea of ranking list and dealing with equipment shortages. These tasks will be challenged by project coordinators, but also discussed with the coach. Therefore the offered post is much about the “building” of the Team.
As this is a part of sports development initiative co-funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland the coach will be employed in Poland, but based in Ramallah.
Successful candidate’s remuneration will be approximately 1250 EUR/month. He will be provided with a free flat, private car, and his food and travel expenses will be covered.
