I know who your talking about. I think she used to fence with Swashbucklers a few years ago. I did see her once in a while at Westside Fencing Center. She was a nice person, but last time I saw her she had a really bad temper.............easily upset

I'm afraid I'd have to go with Dead People. When I was at a huge fencing camp, there was maybe 2 girls out of a hundred I was interested in.

And, by the way, if a girl needs to pimp herself on a fencing message board, chances are she's not hot either.

Between this thread, and parts of the Flick thread in the other forum, I feel like I'm reading fencingsucks.com.

Although, it is curious to note that this thread and the other one, which deteriorated into flames, aren't removed but the rather tame one regarding Fantasy Land was taken off.

Interesting choices on what is and isn't acceptable on the board.

Talking trash about fencers from Singapore, trying to find the babes in fencing don't really qualify as discussions. Discussing the merits of the flick is a different issue.

If you really consider those topics debate, really check out fencingsucks.com where they regularly rate the best looking fencers, and talk trash about other's fencing.

You seem to regard my intial observation as a personal attack, and you say I'm taking things seriously? Trust me, I don't take this site seriously, nor I place much stock in the ramblings of anonymous people. It's not worth my time.

If you're referring to my post, that was said with tongue set firmly in cheek, hence this guy

To be honest, I don't think I'm very pretty--no humps, large boils, or horns growing out of my head, but I would classify myself more as looking "interesting" than I would hot--, and even if I were I wouldn't boast about it on-line. To steal a line from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe, I'm so unhip my bum ought to fall off. It just seemed that this thread was begging for a sarcastic answer like that, so I did it.

I've considered responding the same way to threads I've seen on fencingsucks, which I pretty much avoid because all they do is talk trash, and accuse one another of being gay, but I didn't think they'd get the humor.

Tho' let's face it, after going around with all that clothes on, with a mask on and getting very sweaty, no one is attractive.
