Plains Texas Divisionals?

Does anyone know if the Plains Texas Divisionals scheudled for this weekendhas been postponed?

It's blizzard type conditions here in Amarillo but there is no information of a posponment on the division web-site, on here or on askfred??

I have e-mails the division officers I have e-mails for and have not heard from anyone....

We currently are discussing the options. Please check askfred.net before heading out to the event.

Did you try emailing me? All the officers' email addys are available on the Plains Texas Division website. I didn't receive anything from you yesterday or today.

Sorry Aimee,

I texted your husband on here (fencing.net) and he stated that he was out of town and that I needed to contact Chuck for details so I sent the e-mail to Chuck who is listed on askfred and Jay whom is listed as an AC contact.

I just forwarded you the e-mail I sent them.

Also BTW Julie's e-mail on the division site is bouncing and probably needs to be updated.

We look forward to hearing the plan in the morning.

For anyone checking here for information....

I just received a nice phone call from our Division vice-chair.

The Men's foil and sabre event will still be held today but wil not start till noon. All other events will be moved to tomorow.

Looks like things are a go. See you all there today!

Plains Texas Divisionals Start Times:

Noon on Saturday
8:30 am Sunday

The roads should be clearer by noon as the sun is planning to shine today.

Everyone preregistered on askFred has been notified in person about the change this morning.
