yes you are, for the most part, but look out for edew. he ropes you in and does a fencing ropa-dopa. My nails are a temporary condition, they're gels, done in black/brown. I'm having them cut down and repolished in 2 weeks. Then in 4 weeks they go french pink and white, and in 6 weeks they should come off. I got them for Japan, they're very Ming.
