I use to frequent with some frequency the benzworld forums.

There, after you specify your vehicle ownership, it lists it beneath a person's name on every post (Kind of like location is listed here).

Perhaps do the same thing with the 'weapon' field from our profiles?

Many users fence two or three weapons, or do not fence at all.

There are also wieners who "fence" with rattan sticks and crap. (Not referencing eskrima, that stuff is sweet.)

I do not think this is necessary or good.

If you're curious then you always check someones user profile. Simply click on their username, select "view public profile" from the pull-down menu, then click on the "about me" tab (although I admit that last part doesn't always work with some browsers - IE6 appears to be one of the worst).

If you can't find it there then perhaps it's because they feel that it isn't any of your d**n business.
