Hello,
I guess I missed this part when I first signed up.

New fencer, just finished my first 8 week class and I'm really enjoying it. I'm used to playing team sports for the last 15 years, so this is a big change for me.

Married, father of 2 girls, 37 years old. Live in Orange County, CA. The real OC, not that one you see on TV.

I started fencing because I got tired of the treatment I was getting at my hockey facilities. Fencing always interested me so I made the jump. No aspirations really right now. I'd like to compete eventually but nothing serious. Slowly building up my kit.
