In theory the stimulus bill should work, but in practice, it will only work a little bit.... becaauuussse, we're unenlightened and corrupt as a species, with one person looking for more than the other, and I just had a discussion with someone about how society tends to reward the Physician with more money than other professions because of it's link to 'life'. But we then looked at the corrupt Physician versus the honest garbage man for example and I decided we should reward the honest garbage man greater than the corrupted phyisician. Read Plato's Republic, it's all there. And where have we gone from there?

Maybe we reward the physician because he/she is worth more!
