Oh, I'm definitely not studying in London. I definitely plan to at least visit, and I hope to fence there at least a few times, but if I can't go to France all year, the other country is Scotland. I do like London, but with the cost, tons of tourists, vastness of the city, and wayyyy too many programs there to choose from, I decided not to look into studying there (or the rest of England, for that matter).
