    yeah. It's actually shorthand for "Abbabibble."

    It comes from when i was back in grade school. We were reading to kindergarteners and this one kid just all of a sudden screams out "ABBABIBBLE!"

    so i went home that night and promptly forgot about it.

    Then i started joining forums later in my teens, for various activities and such, and remembered it, and used it for my screenname.

    I find abbabibble is hard for people to spell or say right so recently i've been shortening it to just "Bibble."

    Bah. I would welcome anyone who wanted to use a designed mask at a tournament. If done right, it just looks cool and adds individuality (plus nobody can snarf off with your mask.)

    I love how the goalies in hockey have different designs airbrushed on.

    See, this is part of why I fence sabre. You can't paint a sabre mask! Individuality and style should be comments people make on your skill as a fencer, not on your attire.
