Question Fundraising for Tapton Juniors U13

Hi, does anybody have any good ideas for fundraising? I know this isn't strictly a fencing post, but I suspect many of you have the same issues my team is facing. I help with an u13 football club and getting the funds together for buying kit, balls, travel is proving to be a recurring nightmare. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Fundraising - The Melting Pot

    Bump.

I have been given lots of good ideas up to yet by a large number of people. These range from bag packing at local supermarkets through to grant applications. Please keep the ideas coming in, I shall compose a list and post it here so people facing the same difficulties have a quick reference guide.

Anything to avoid the embarrassment of asking the same parents to put into the pot time and time again! I know we can do this with our own ingenuity and a little determination.

A great way to get funding

Tapton Juniors funds are now looking good! As well as the usual sponsored events and ways of earning money for the club we have found this : www.4funding.co.uk . It's brilliant! We handed out flyers to the mums and dads of the team members, and they rallied around a little to get people they knew to do their online shopping through our webshop, which 4funding provided. There was no cost to us to set the web shop up, and now we don't have to rely on the kindness of others, but we do still appreciate it. Our funds were increased by earning commission on whatever was bought through our webshop. Simply brilliant.

How much have you earned that way?

    Earnings

So far we have over a hundred in the kitty from 4funding. Not bad really.

Do people actually get paid to spam? I thought spam was emails. Nevermind, there is always one negative from somebody. Just thought you might find the website useful.
