Goldgar is correct (mostly). Allez is second person plural/formal, but in this case the verb used is the second person imperative. It just happens to be spelled the same way.

I agree that it's imperative, but it seems to me that it is also specifically plural/formal, as the second-person singular imperative would be "va". Of course, my French is a bit rusty, but I believe that's the case.
