    JO qualifier question

    I did search, and found nothing on this.

    I was sick for my state's JO qualifier.
    Is it permissible to travel to a neighboring state to fence their qualifier instead?

    Please note the part about providing evidence that if you had been able to attend you likely would have been able to qualify, based on past results.

    You are supposed to petition withing five business days of your qualifiers. There is a download on the home page of USFA regarding petitions for JOs and Nationals.
