The cookie bribe worked quite well, especially after he got the cookies from the first time he helped me. I just need to make the cookies and remember to give him the weapons.

Array I have snicker doodles in the oven.
"we" at the club adopt that when you fix your own stuff, you respect it, you know? You develop a relationship with it and it takes care of you too. There is a mental aspect to it. -

Array we in the midwest consider both sides to be "other sides" of the country lol. it costs just as much money to get there as it did 5 years ago for you in new jersey to get to LA lol -

Array I've always thought Midwest was a ridiculous term for the middle of the country. I should be in the midwest! I'm about midway up the west coast! "When Fascism comes to America, it will come wrapped in the flag and bearing a cross." -

How and where did you store the cord? And how long ago did the corrosion start? Usually it starts at the pin and works it's way back. What brand? -

Array I don't think this corrosion is related to improper flux residue. This sounds like water is wicking up the wire into the insulated part. It's not all that uncommon in cheap wire. You will probably find that keeping your cords away from your sweaty whites will stop this problem. -

Usually it starts at the pin and works it's way back. What brand? i got it in 2005 sacramento summer national at SG fencing is one of there elite 2 prong with a plastic push clip( my ulhmann always came loss and i end up lost the dam clip). i don't know when or how long the corrosion start. it just give off target one day when i move the cord in a bout. i alway pull my body cords in the outter compartment of my back pack and zip up. my sweaty T and everything are seperated in difference compartment in my bag.
my guess are the sweat sip in from the plug end part (my pin wire are still copper color and no corrosion). it take me 4 try to finalize my decision of replace cord due to the on and off problem with the crumble wire. it work on test, fencing machine and ohm meter test, but it fail after cuple touchs. on my bench test i even do a jump rope, pulling, spot bending test to check wire breakage. but the problem did not came on the test at all.
but how is those italian wire holding up anyway. do any one got a problem with them yet? Similar Threads -
