Refereeing a tourney this weekend, I saw pretty much the exact same grip on a Blade or maybe Physical Chess weapon. It had a PC bell but a Blade pad. The fencer said he bought it out of his club shop which IIRC gets almost all of its parts from Stan. It is probably a copy of the LP grip, with some ridges cut into it. Personally I would go with the LP and add my own ridges into it if desired. The are going to have a more uniform finish and an internal diameter more likely to fit a wider range of tangs.

I received one of these last year attached to a budget epee purchased from Swordpricefighters. They are rounded and chunky (too much so, for me). The cross cuts on the thumb area are identitical to what I have. You can see the same non-insulated grip at the top left of the picture at: http://www.swordpricefighters.com/parts.html

They might be sourced from China, possibly same suppliers as Jiang.

sorry but not the same handle, the cross hatching on the handle being asked about is only on the top were the thumb goes.

Hi Mr Barry. There are several grip designs on display in the picture. The grip in the original poster's pictures, that is the top left corner of the company picture and that I have does not have cross-hatching where the ring finger may rest. It's the grip without these additional hatchings and without the pronounced 'trigger'

I have that handle. It came from Santelli, which I believe did get their Visconti's from LP.

Chinbeard, PM me, and I can send you one for comparison. I believe they were small to medium in size. I don't use them anymore.
