Morehouse Cross Training Videos http://timmorehouse.wordpress.com/20...-kelly-shaver/
I uploaded a few videos on youtube of the work out exercises I do with my personal trainer. Just wanted to share and thought maybe people would find them interesting/helpful. -Tim http://timmorehouse.wordpress.com/20...-kelly-shaver/ -

Array Agreed, very interesting, esp. compared to the prancing Italian bouncers of doom... The only way to atone for being occasionally a little over-dressed is by being always absolutely over-educated. -Oscar Wilde -
hahahahahahaha. I almost fell off my couch about the Italian video comments.
Jason and I are thinking about making some training videos with a professional video crew so I'm also trying to see if people find this interesting/helpful. Thanks for the comments! -

Thanks for the comments! That is definitely something I would be interested in. I would prefer to see more technical stuff, like drills with tactical and technical analysis of what's happening.
What I'm really interested in is what you're doing and what's specific to you (royal you being Jason, Tim, or anyone else in the video). I don't want to see some generic technical action as much as I want to see what you prefer and hear why you do it. For example "I prefer to keep my hand supinated a little on a cheek cut from quarte, because I think it protects my forearm a little better" (Totally wrong, just an example)

Thanks for the thoughts and ideas! The first training video would definitely be fencing specific (i.e. fencing not cross-training) stuff and it will definitely include those little tidbits for sure. -
Great stuff, thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing more. -

Array Indeed, very helpful. The barbell "clean jumps shrugs" looked a bit scary for my back but the others looked doable. Would encourage you to develop the video you described. Thanks for sharing. -

Array A cross training video by an Olympian might get wide viewership, I just showed your drills to a couple of non-fencers who were looking for new things to do to improve endurance, flexibility, etc.
They loved them -
The videos are great! Thank you so much for posting them and I look forward to see what else you put up. Extremely helpful... -

Array Good stuff.
What weights are you using? Or maybe a better question would be: With what weights would your trainer have started a new client? Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you! Similar Threads -
