Fencing Lessons

Hi, I posted a bit back looking for a place to Fence in Michigan, well I just wanted to say that I have my first lesson tonight. I am taking them through Macomb Community College and I am like really excited. Ok that's it, and thanks to everyone who suggested places to fence in Michigan.

Hi Erika! Is Karl Kruegar still teaching the class there? I just bumped into him at the Renaissance Festival a few weeks ago and barely recognized him. He recognized me right away, and asked how they got a Scot to do a cheesy French accent!

Tell him Doug from Schoolcraft says hello.

Yes, Karl Krueger is the instructor I have, actually I have class tonight, so I will tell him you say hello. Today will be my third class and it is very fun, but it is hard, and the next morning after I am done with horseback riding lessons I am very sore from all the bending, but it isn't as bad as the first week so I should get used to it. We have done the cross retreat, cross advance, advance, retreat, and lunge. Actually I should stop talking and go pratice. Well I really love fencing so far, and I'm glad to have found a place where I can find help between lessons.

I love fencing so much I am so glad I found out about it and found a place to take lessons. We were allowed to fence each other briefly at my last lesson, since we know alot of the basics, and it is just so much fun!
